Welcome to Great Danes of Austria and European Great Stars

Great Danes accompany us since 1984, the virus Great Dane did not unclasped us the last 37 years.
It is a big wish from us, to show our dogs at many exhibitions in Europe.

Many of our Great Danes won Champions-titles, BIS-placements and they are also BIS winners. Because of this success some shows are memorable for us.

After a while we had the wish to breed Great Danes. In the year 2003 we decided to breed Great Danes in the colours black and Harlequin, subject to the regulations of ÖKV and FCI.

It was an important concern of us, to breed Great Danes with regard to health, character and prettiness.

These were the reasons why we started with our breed on 20.10.2005 in our kennel Great Danes of Austria Great Stars.
